SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on location and size of orders. Our Print on Demand items are produced by 3rd party vendors and shipping costs are calculated by them, but we will happily hear any concerns that you may have regarding the shipping of your orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered after this 7 day period. Please reach out to jp@taskmastery.ca for return/exchange inquiries. Please note we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless you received a damaged or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for your order will be deducted from your refund.
