    Yup! We aim for simplicity and are trying to boost your productivity in ways that have been previously overlooked. Pinning your calendar to your TaskMastery Calendar Enhancer takes you from traditional calendar (a boring grid of dates with no room to write anything of substance) to a prominent workstation hanging on your wall, giving you space to see your lists, your goals, your hopes and your dreams. It's incredibly simple and incredibly effective! Seeing your dreams and goals spelled out on a visible surface is much more impactful and tangible than having it all buried in one of 100 apps on your phone. We are all for technology but sometimes and real thing that you can see and hold can give you the boost that you need to make a real improvement.
  • What is the point of TaskMastery?
    We are focused on helping to make the world a better place in whatever tiny way we can, and for us that means spreading positivity and pushing people to be the best versions of themselves. At TaskMastery we aim to distribute products and online content that can move people towards their ideal futures and to challenge our society's worst impulses, like cynicism, negativity, laziness and tech addiction. Lofty goals, for sure. But if someone reads our blog and gets a good idea about how to improve their life or buys one of our products and figures out a way to be more efficient in chasing their goals, we will consider our mission to be accomplished.
  • What is your return policy?
    We allow 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered after this 7 day period. Please reach out to jp@taskmastery.ca for return/exchange inquiries. Please note we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless you received a damaged or defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for your order will be deducted from your refund.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
